An important issue in Suffolk is that of the SPSA.  In short, here are some of the parts of the issue.

SPSA has not been managed well.

The SPSA wants to raise the tipping fees for localities to help shovel its way out of debt.  The tipping fees would be the highest in the nation.

Who in our city is responsible?

Our city's representative to SPSA, Councilman Leroy Bennett. (Councilman Bennett represents the Nansemond Borough.)
