Our Council Members

In Suffolk, we have a council/manager form of government.  This form of government is the same in all of Virginia except for the City of Richmond, which has a council/mayor form of government.

In November 2008, Suffolk residents voted for its first directly-elected mayor.  The winning candidate was Linda T. Johnson, who was also the incubent.
